  2. User Management: Do not remove existing users from the website without consulting the website developer or administrator. Removing users can affect website functionality and security.

  3. User Access: Avoid adding new users to the website without proper training or consultation with the website developer. Providing unauthorized access to the website can pose security risks.

  4. Max Storage Limit: Be aware that the maximum storage limit for your website is [3GB]. Avoid uploading large files or media that may exceed this limit without prior consultation with the website developer.

  5. Content Updates: Regularly update and maintain the content of your website, including text, images, and other media. Stale content can negatively impact user experience and search engine rankings.

  6. Security: Follow best practices for website security, including using strong and unique passwords, implementing security plugins, and being cautious about installing third-party plugins and themes.

  7. Data Protection: Respect user privacy and data protection laws. If your website collects personal information, ensure that you have a privacy policy in place and comply with relevant regulations.

  8. Content Copyright: Ensure that all content used on the website, including text, images, and videos, is either owned by you, licensed for use, or falls under fair use guidelines. Respect copyright laws and attribute content properly if required.

  9. Communication: Maintain open communication with the website developer or administrator. If you encounter issues, have questions, or need assistance, do not hesitate to reach out for support.

  10. Third-Party Services: If you integrate third-party services or APIs into your website, adhere to their terms of service and licensing agreements.

  11. Regular Maintenance: Invest in regular website maintenance and optimization to keep the site running smoothly and loading quickly for visitors.

  12. Content Guidelines: Adhere to content guidelines and standards that align with your brand and target audience. Ensure that the content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.

Website Misuse and Termination

8.1. Client Responsibility

8.1.1. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for adhering to the rules and guidelines outlined in this Agreement and any additional instructions provided by the Service Provider.

8.1.2. In the event that the Client is found responsible for breaking the Website or compromising its functionality, security, or performance due to their failure to follow proper procedures, the Service Provider reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to:

a. Temporary suspension of website access until the issue is resolved.

b. Termination of hosting services without refund for any prepaid hosting fees.

c. Charging the Client for the cost of repairing or restoring the website to its previous state.

d. Pursuing legal remedies if the breach of contract results in significant damage or loss to the Service Provider.

8.2. Notification

8.2.1. In cases where the Service Provider determines that the Client’s actions have caused a breach of the website’s integrity or security, the Service Provider will notify the Client of the issue and provide an opportunity for the Client to rectify the situation within a reasonable time frame.

8.2.2. If the Client fails to take corrective action within the specified time frame or engages in repeated violations, the Service Provider may proceed with the actions mentioned in Section 8.1.

8.3. Termination of Hosting Services

8.3.1. In the event that hosting services are terminated due to the Client’s actions, the Client shall be responsible for retrieving their website files, content, and data from the Service Provider’s servers promptly.

8.4. Dispute Resolution

8.4.1. In the event of a dispute arising from the termination of hosting services or any actions taken by the Service Provider as a result of the Client’s non-compliance, both parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing legal action.
